Jaydon Whalen is a trainer who has shadowed his father in the gym since he was 12 years old. Jaydon has personal experience in athletics & fitness as he played football & basketball in high school. Being the son of a personal trainer and being introduced to fitness at a young age has help develop his dedication commitment to lifetime fitness and helping each client achieve their own fitness goals. He instructs group classes for MBS.

Brian Daniels is the founder/owner/operator of Mind Body Sport. He has over 25 years experience training individuals privately or in a group/team setting. He combines his experience, formal training, and continuing education in fitness to create unique and creative routines/classes, challenges, and programs that will allow all clients to maximize their efforts and see significant results. His attitude toward exercise is do it right or don’t waste your time doing it at all! He strives to always find better ways to evaluate and prescribe exercise for all fitness levels.

Steve Kranjc played basketball and graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in exercise studies. He has a passion for developing strength and conditioning programs for sports teams. Steve has been working as a personal trainer for over seven years working with a wide variety of populations that include; athletes, general population and clients such as police and firemen. He currently works for a chiropractic and physical therapy office helping patients with rehab and utilizes that knowledge in his training for safe and effective training.
